So in 'sculpt 3/4', we added up all of the pushups, and we found that we're doing about 100 pushups every session, as well as over 100 squats...and 200 crunches...that alone will wear you out, nevermind the rest of the 38 minute workout. Yet we continue to love every second and push ourselves because we want to get those results. We are on day 47 out of the 90 day program and look forward to taking our 60 day pictures and measurements :) (oh, and I'm proud to say that we have not missed a workout yet! ...and we don't plan to either)
We are off to Pismo for the weekend, so we're looking forward to being active at the beach and eating healthy away from home. We are definitely needing some time away and on Monday we will be back to pushing play :)
